MRmicro* is our software package for the analysis of diffusion MRI data. It provides a detailed characterization of the tissue microstructure and enables complex modeling in real-time. Its aim is to integrate microstructure imaging into clinical practice.

Biophysical Models

Biophysical models, such as NODDI1, provide a more detailed characterization of tissue microstructure than conventional diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), proving to be a useful imaging approach for both research investigations and clinical applications2. MRmicro* enables real-time computation of NODDI and other complex biophysical model maps, facilitating the integration of microstructure imaging into clinical practice.
